Change of Registration
If the registered fertilizer products change the scope of use,product name and enterprise name within the validity period, the holder of fertilizer registration certificate shall apply to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs for fertilizer change registration.
The details are as follows:
Change of use scope: the enterprise expands its business scope or increases suitable crops to which its products apply.
Change of product name: the change of product name is required by the enterprise's sales promotion needs or other reasons.
Change of enterprise name: change of enterprise name due to enterprise development or change of business scope.
Application for changes should be submitted under all the above situations.
